Today we bring an editorial that smells like lime-lemon, that sounds like rancheras. Of love and life and"canta y no llores", of turning everything around and remembering that: "cantando se alegran, cielito lindo, los corazones."
It is the story of the great day of the beautiful couple Valeria & Adrian.
Neither of them believed in coincidences, but meeting was undoubtedly the most special for them. And they started a romantic and unique story. Because if there was something between the two of them, it was magic, spark, respect and above all a lot of love, because that is what it consists of, loving each other well.
They decided to get married, and for this the chosen place was San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, a magical town full of colors in a rustic and colonial style, the perfect place to celebrate happiness.
The shooting and the wedding took place in the Hotel Villa Limon, an intimate, unique and full of magic place where celebrating a wedding becomes a truly beautiful event.
The ceremony began with a wave of smiles and such intimate and special moments. Moments later they started the dancing with the Mojigangas. One of the most important elements in San Miguel weddings are the mojigangas, which are monumental cardboard figures that can be dressed as bride and groom on the wedding day; or if they decide to use them as an icebreaker, they can be dressed like Catrina or Frida, for example. Moments after the ceremony, by surprise, a band of ten mariachis entered to play traditional Mexican music. This moment was epic. I still remember the face of the one who played the trumpet!
Then they went on to the cocktail party that was organized on the terrace of the Hotel Villa Limon, with a direct view of the incredible Parish of San Miguel de Allende, accompanied by a sunset that seemed to be made especially for the couple. Once the cocktail was over, they went to the dinner area, which was really beautiful since the sun was setting and together with the lighting of the place, it was magical. Again, tables and corners decorated with many floral, glass and wood touches.
For hair style and makeup they counted with the girls from Maua Studio, who prepared a fabulous look according to Valeria's taste, creating a boho chic style to place the chosen headpiece and a timeless makeup with a very sophisticated style and pronounced details. Valeria shone brighter than the stars!
For them it was such an intimate, emotional and beautiful moment that of course it will remain impressed in their memory forever. And at end of the day, the party it was incredible. But I better leave you the photographs.
